Adults

Body Acceptance Skills Group

A group program for adults living in the ACT diagnosed with chronic health conditions or significant medical conditions. The program is designed to help individuals learn skills to foster body acceptance and well-being. Program includes eight sessions over 12 weeks, free of charge. ASTUTE (Anxiety Skills Training in University Education) program

An 8-week cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) program specifically tailored for university students with social anxiety. We are currently offering two versions of the program: an in-person, group program led by a psychologist and an online program with some support from a psychologist.

If you're often worried about being judged by others or saying something embarassing you might be interested in taking part in this free program. It has a focus on building your confidence in situtations such as speaking up in class and giving presentations.

See if you're eligible to participate.
