  • Identification - Sense of belonging and connection to the school and what it stands for.

Staff Survey

  • Leadership - Supportive and effective leadership.
  • Team Morale – The sense that the staff works as a cohesive, well-functioning team.
  • Professional Development - A focus on staff development and ongoing job learning and improvement.
