The ASCSIMT survey is run jointly by the ACT Government Education and Training Directorate and the Research School of Psychology, ANU.

The primary researcher is Professor Kate Reynolds. Kate is a professor of social psychology in the Research School of Psychology, ANU. She specialises in investigating the role of the social self (sense of self as a group member – ‘we’ and ‘us’) in shaping people’s behaviours, affect, and attitudes, and has published more than 80 articles and chapters in these areas.
