About

This project is the first evaluation of Groups 4 Health (G4H; an evidence-based group therapy to reduce loneliness and depression) in people with higher weight (BMI ≥ 30). The trial investigates the efficacy of G4H to reduce psychosocial barriers to healthy behaviour change: loneliness, mental ill-health, weight stigma, and social networks that undermine healthy behaviours.
