Research interests with Dr Neil Bailey in the ANU School of Medicine and Psychology.

I completed a PhD in the School of Psychology at the University of Sydney. My research focused on the influence of trait mindfulness and mindfulness meditation on wellbeing and psychological symptoms, physiological effects of meditation and emotion regulation and involves analysis of physiological and subjective changes as a result of intensive meditation training.
