By becoming aware of their own biases, people and organisations can change their approach to champion diverse women in their career journey. Diversity is associated with innovation, increased productivity, improved accuracy in risk assessment and with improved patient health outcomes.

In this panel discussion from “The Link”, we will hear from healthcare leaders who will discuss struggles relating to their culturally diverse backgrounds, and potential strategies to navigate these hurdles. We will also hear from a male healthcare leader who is a strong advocate for women in health leadership.
