Description
Managing Stressors in the Workplace
In advance of Mental Health Awareness month (October), Lisa's talk will address how we can better manage stressors in the workplace - and in everyday life - by understanding the body’s natural stress-response cycle. Left incomplete, this cycle can contribute to chronic stress, burnout, and declining mental health. The talk will highlight why completing the cycle is essential for wellbeing, and share practical, evidence-based strategies that people can integrate into their daily routines to help reset and recover when stressors arise.
