SMP are joining with the University of Queensland again to host a special seminar as part of UQ’s Political and Environmental Psychology and Social Sciences Seminar Series. The topic for this seminar will be an interdisciplinary panel discussion on “The psychological, social, and structural challenges of climate action”, featuring:
- Dr Zoe Leviston, Senior Research Fellow, The Australian National University, and
- Professor Sharon Friel, ARC Laureate Fellow, Professor of Health Equity and Director of the Planetary Health Equity Hothouse and Menzies Centre for Health Governance at the School of Regulation and Global Governance (RegNet), The Australian National University
Dr Zoe Leviston and Prof Sharon Friel will discuss the current research and provide their perspectives on the challenges of climate action, after which there will follow a brief panel discussion and audience Q&A.
